Exchange and Returns

At Lilcorner, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer the possibility to exchange or return items in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection".

You may exchange or return an item if:

• it has not been used;
• it retains its original appearance, consumer properties, labels, and packaging;
• you provide proof of purchase (e.g. receipt, invoice, or order confirmation).

Return period

You have the right to return or exchange an item within 14 calendar days (excluding the day of receipt), if the product does not suit you in terms of size, style, color, or other characteristics.

Items that cannot be returned or exchanged:

According to Resolution No. 172 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, certain categories of goods are non-returnable if of proper quality, including underwear, hosiery, and personal hygiene products.

Please note:

To avoid returns due to incorrect sizing, we provide a detailed size chart for each item on our website. We encourage you to review it carefully before placing your order. If you’re unsure about the size, feel free to contact our team — we’re happy to help you make the right choice.

How to request an exchange or return:

1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Coordinate the return or exchange with our manager (including the reason and shipping method).
3. Send the item back in its original condition.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange or refund within 5 business days.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless otherwise agreed with our team.
