At Lilcorner, we strive to make every purchase simple, secure, and enjoyable. Below are the detailed terms and conditions for placing an order to help you receive your favorite items quickly and without hassle.

1. How to Place an Order

To place an order on our website:

Choose the product you like.
Carefully review the product description, images, specifications, and size chart to ensure you select the correct size.
Select the desired size, color, or available option.
Click "Add to Cart".
Proceed to your cart and click "Checkout".

At checkout, you will be asked to provide:

Full name
Contact phone number
Email address (for order confirmation)
City and Nova Poshta branch number
Preferred payment method (please note: prepayment only)

2. Payment Terms

All orders are shipped only after full prepayment.

Payment is made securely via the trusted WayForPay payment system, which ensures the protection of your personal and payment data.

This allows you to:

Avoid additional fees for cash on delivery
Speed up order processing
Reduce the risk of unclaimed parcel returns

After successful payment, you will receive an automatic confirmation by email.

3. Order Processing and Shipping

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding official holidays.
If you place and pay for your order before 2:00 PM, it will usually be shipped the same business day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the following business day.
We ship orders across Ukraine using Nova Poshta. Delivery time is typically 1–3 business days, depending on your location.

4. Important Information

Delivery cost is paid separately by the customer according to Nova Poshta’s current rates.
Parcels are stored at the Nova Poshta branch for up to 5 business days, after which they are returned to the sender.
Orders are not reserved or dispatched without confirmed payment.
We are not responsible for delivery delays or issues caused by incorrect contact or address information provided by the customer.
