International Shipping

We ship internationally using Nova Post delivery service. The average delivery time worldwide is 1–2 weeks.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Ukraine. International shipments may be subject to mandatory customs clearance in the destination country. Please review the duty-free import limits for parcels from abroad and the customs clearance requirements in advance, as we do not cover customs clearance fees and do not reimburse any customs-related charges.

If a customer refuses an already shipped parcel due to unwillingness to complete customs clearance, the shipping cost paid for the order is non-refundable. In this case, the customer will only be refunded the cost of the purchased items.
